The health and safety of our employees, customers and business partners is our highest priority. Our Executive Team continues to monitor the situation, following all government updates and mandates for protecting everyone in our community. At STH our Emergency Response Team has implemented a business plan which will help ensure the wellbeing of all who come in contact with our team members and we want to assure you that these plans will not affect the level of our business response to you. The following measures have been put into place:
- We are following all travel restrictions outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for our business travel
- Our employees have been instructed to report any illness which may put our customers or team members at risk
- An established protocol has been developed to respond if an illness is reported
- We are suspending large gatherings and events and postponing on-site meetings
- We are encouraging teleconferences and virtual meetings through the established means available to us
- All STH team members have been encouraged to utilize available telework options and our IT Team has worked to optimize this option for all
- We are recommending a “touch-free” practice as it pertains not only to hand-shaking but also to the shared use of all tools and electronics provided to our employees and encouraging the utilization of e-mail records in lieu of face-to-face contact
We do not anticipate any disruption of business continuity unless a mandate by law or a recommendation by local, state, or Federal agency forces a closure to assure the health and safety of our community. As always, our mission is to provide you with the solutions you need to improve the quality of life and positively impact our community.
